The fact that 2pac would even be in a top 5 of over rated hiphop artists is just sad. Sure he had predictability, but he had one thing pretty much no commercial rappers have today. Talent. God forbid should any of em have any timing or have anything to say other than advertisements for marketers. Evenin the underground scene he is well respected.

No offense meant, even thought there is no non-offensive way to show it. I just think there are at least 1000 others I can think of who are way more over rated than him. He was one of the few who's hype (which started long before he died) was somewhat justified. A rarety these days.
