What I'm really saying is, there's no NO WAY to totally stop pirate from pirating - it's more pro-active to come up with some way to compensate the cost than suing people, which they can't afford to pay for the penalty anyway. Law as a deterrent? Maybe P2P but people started sharing since the use of cassettes. It's not convenient to pass FLASH around but you can't trace that.
