There are many in LA are struggling right now.
That said, I can't even fathom what it must be like elsewhere in the world.
It goes in cycles. It isn't always bad. Just gotta be positive, do great work, stay motivated and treat your people as you would like to be treated. Oh yeah...and diversify!
I can't imagine working anywhere else. It's so very inspiring here!
