I have both. They are very different. the M147 is very dark and can have nasty mid freq. resonance which makes it picky on the sources, but it can work great on some male vocals, voiceover and rap... I used one this weekend with a Shadow Hills Mono Gama very nice thick tubey sound.
The 2247LE has more upper mids and treble... it can get a bit cold and sterile in the highs... works better on more sources. Also the off axis respons is very nice and neutral...
I'd go for the 2247LE...
