I purchased an N12 in late February and have been using it with Cubase 4.5.2. Had a few problems initially and none since I updated the drivers.
This really is a stable product in my experience and I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone.
The first four songs on my myspace page are all done with the N12, if you want a sound sample.
