Actually, I see huge difference - Mackie has 2 or 4 or 6 auxes, depending on model, that means it CAN be used live - only one aux on n12 is pretty limiting... Not sure about the sound quality and stability though, I have horrible experience with Mackie DXB and the whole Mackie technical support...
