But don't you miss the direct outs? I've worked on both the GL2200 and Mixwizard and the direct outs have always been nice to have. I could switch from tracking to mixing in a heartbeat... Why did they remove the mic/line switch? It's very strange.
What's the deal with 100mm faders? Can someone please explain?
I do most of the automation inside the console - just minor changes on the console on the channels I use hardware compression etc.
