So I've been hovering around the idea of going back to school for electronics. Not electrical engineering... more or less with electronics and computer engineering emphasis.

Basically I want to be able to build all this absolutely wonderful gear that makes me salivate and spring out of my boots.

Do I need to pay 11 grand for the next 2 years or what?

I have very very little experience with electronics.

Is it worth it? Is it the best route to take?

I have a degree in sound engineering and feel as though I need something more.

Helpful advise anyone??
