While one can certainly drive any cabinet enough to shove air that will move your hair, I doubt that is the "wind" you are talking about. It sounds to me that you are simply hearing the noise that is produced by the amp's operation. Since guitar rigs are not really silent, you are always going to have some of that noise. Some may even argue it is a desirable and part of the feel of amplified music. In any case, you may prefer using a DI and some sort of modling software if you are going for extremely clean sound if the EQ isn't doing it for you. Or, try something like a GML 8900 if you want to try and surgically extract the offending noise. The problem there is that too much reduction in that range tends to ruin sound of the instrument itself.
