But, one thing: it's not the web 2.0 that will save the industry. It's the insight into these tools and the proper usage of them that can save the industry. It's the general misconception for a lot of marketeers that if they post some youtube video's, start a blog, make a facebook profile that everything will benefit from it and that their goals are met. Making the facebook account doesn't do anything at all. It's the active participation on the medium and the connection with the tribe that does it. |
