I don't think that the target consumers for the API/RND/SSL consoles are the same as those for the ATB.
I'm fairly certain that the SSL has outsold the other two, but I know a lot of the API consoles are being installed and I've heard of a few RND consoles as well...and I'm fairly certain that the people who are in the position to spend that kind of money are aware of the features that the consoles do and don't have.
