I just got an MXL 550 in the mail today. It is built to be a POS. Very cheap. its supposed to look like a very large diafragm (like much more expensive mics) but it is very small, could almost be a keychain. haha

I guess you get what you pay for, as it was only $70.

But anyway, think twice before you buy one of these.
