One thing I thought Id mention, is that when building isolated walls from the original builing (inner studio walls), theres really no benefit to using RC as the walls are already decoupled if that makes sense.
It certainly wont do any damage, but just an extra expense and more work.
Anyways, keep up the good work, and I look forward to the progressthumbsup
