| I should have mentioned that this is the control room we are working on.
It's a free standing building of roughly 100 m2 or 1100 square foot.
The main floor is of concrete, 2m or 7 foot thick, used to be a support for heavy machinery in the passed.
We checked the level of the floor tiles and it was done very well that's why we use this thin alu foil coated foam just for leveling the differences in the surfaces of the tiles.
The cork panels we are going to use are there for 2 reasons: thermal insulation and for the acoustic absorption.
In each corner we will put a bass trap and, if necessary we will add reflective panels when the room turns out to be too dead sounding.
