But I can honestly say this is my new favorite pre. The DI sounds incredible for keys, even direct guitars. But I used a '52 AV Reissue Telecaster through my Tiny Terror through a 57 to the TG2, and it's just awesome. All that talk about "this is THE electric guitar pre"... it's true. So creamy and thick but clear. Thanks Santa and thanks Chandler/Wade... I'm just looking for something to fill up that other power output on the PSU... Maybe the Germ Compressor??? We'll see.
