lol, that's funny. My GR was working and my output wasn't! turns out i wired the switch wrong for both.
Mine seems to have a tonne of gain, but not clean gain. I'll clip +4 at like the 30 mark on the gain (it's got so much drive on it!).
I need to fix a couple of hums on it as well... (and some noise... still sounds good though). I'd say double check your meter connections with a ohm meter.
