Where will you be living? Traffic kind of blows in SF so factor in your commute time. You realize that SF is some of the most expensive real estate on the planet right? There's all kinds of funky space south of market and in Oakland. What do your clients expect? Parking needed? My friend just vacated some space at "Closer" south of Market; I heard The Plant in Sausalito closed but the spaces are still there...
