Do you mean MOSFET steroids?
No, it's fair tube amp, uses Russian military GU-50 (stolen from enemy during WW-II, Telefunken LS-50) output tubes.
Prototypes of amps on steroids will be ready in July, I am going to test them on campground on Russian music festival. There will be pair of 400W/Channel monoblocks.
