I went with the Realtraps panels - suspended from the ceiling - and I could not be more pleased.
Beware, too much or the wrong kind of deadening material can suck the sound out of the room to the point where you feel like you must speak even louder - it can be very fatiguing - doesn't sound like you are anywhere near that problem though.
