Anyone know how the sends and busses are handled in the mixer, or if the software can handle hardware inserts well?

I see there's 8 sends, but are those mono or stereo?
What about busses? How many are there?
Hardware Inserts...... is there any form of "latency compensation" for using outboard gear when mixing?
