It seems the the lions share of posts on this thread are related to driver related issues with Windows / Vista PC's and other technical problems or questions related to general usage of the Yamaha N8/N12 Series mixers.
Is there another thread about Yamaha N Series Mixers where GS particpants address more comparative questions about Yamaha Pre's and converters compared to other products? (Such as compared to Apogee Duet/Ensemble?)
I have to admit with all the users on this thread who own Yamaha N8/N12 Mixers, I am surprised they don't chime in regarding 'yamaha compared to' to other products. I am not diss'ing, ...just sayin'. But it occurs to me maybe this is intended to be a technical issue thread only? Hence my question.
