Delete the C5 prefs and restart the app, it should re-build the C5 prefs and ignore any of the Nuendo ones if its pulling them in.

I've deleted all of the Nuendo folder in "program files" before installing C5
There were some problems with the Lynx cards so I've reinstalled the older drivers and it solved the problem.. but there are arrangements the C5 just don't like.. a client of mine has just been here with his C3 arrangements and it didn't open ! error messages is popping up all the time so he will need to export all the audio files in his studio and I'll have to open a new arrangement here. this is very strange, the support for older versions files is VERY poor. i also had another problem with another arrangement i had to mix yesterday where one of the lynx cards played in half tempo ! there were no clocking problems, I've checked it out about a 1000 times, it happens only in this arrangement. I'm so sorry I've "upgraded" to C5. my studio isn't functioning properly ever since. way to go Steinberg..
