I'd suggest the Fatheads. I have the K6, and although I enjoy the sound, the build is not nearly as sturdy as the Cascade mics. I have the X-15 and use it all the time, no complaints at all. If you absolutely require the added gain of the active circuit in the K6, then you might want to go that way, but otherwise stick with the Fatheads.
