Hey there everyone. I recently purchased a new macbook pro 2.66ghz intel core 2 duo with 4 gb of ram. I also purchased a small ProTools LE8 Mbox 2 Profactory bundle. I've been happy with my N12 Cubase 4.5.2 setup but I was curious as to how my N12 would interface with L8E. Anyone have any experience with this? Can I replace the Mbox with the N12 and have it be my interface? Would this give me 16 in's/out's if I installed the Yamaha Steinberg FW driver? I must say the editing interface in ProTools is much easier than in Cubase.

If the N12 doesn't work with ease like it does with cubase, is there a way I could record in cubase, xfer the files to ProTools where I'll comp, tune, etc... then xfer them back to cubase to mix?
