Acoustic Foam AND Owen Corning 703?

Im making my recording/mixing room and I can't figure out even after reading half a dozen articles if....

1) I could just use the Owen Corning 703 all around the room... for bass traps and everything?

But im confused... does the corning absorb high and mid range frequency also or primarily only low frequencies?

in that case

2) Do I do a combo of Acoustic Foam With the Corning? With the Corning as only bass traps in corners.... and the acoustic foam spaced out in 48" x 24" increments with a couple inches between each piece around my room?

^^^
Thats my primary question

Im reading that I Don't want the room ALL THE WAY DEAD. I want a little bit of live in it for the music I do which is R and B.

If i can just use a bunch of Corning Panels... Ill make those plus they will look better : )

Room is 12' by 15' 8 feet high

Im sorry I have so many questions and it might be a little confusing but I'm reading before I post... I've learned alot today alone.
