Well, if you are serious, a phono input is for turntables only (as in phonograph). It's not a line input. It amplifies the very low signal coming from a turntable and uses the RIAA equalizing curve.
But (please don't take this the wrong way) I think anyone who wants to do anything with audio professionally should at least know the difference between a line and a phono input on an amplifier.
Of course, that would explain the radical high-pass filtering on all those tracks..?
