i have 4 panels that are corner traps....they are 6.5' x 14", the have 12 inch thick R-30 in them...
then i have 4 panels on the walls, they are 36" x 14" with the same R-30...
my celing has basic 1 inch foam, with material covering it...
my booth also has 4 inch foam strip on last wall to level out the highs...
