Every house (Not town) was 200 a SF as compared to $50 something in ceder park. Id love a house half the size at the same price ($250) with wood floors.
No dice, no luck.. Some places were 1000sf running $250k and FAR from town.
Well any way... I bid the full asking price of $250 (Tax Valued at $350)k next to the new tram and stadium. Ill know tomorrow.
Half of me hopes the offer is turned down.
But I wont afford down town austin in a good neighborhood with over 1300 SF.
