Hoping you forum members can help me here.
Just bought a Yamaha N12 desk (come with Cubase AI and nLan tools for n - package). Very happy with the desk.
My question is, l'm running Windows Vista and am having trouble getting the computer to talk to the Desk and vice versa. When desk is ready, the Cubase light on the desk should light up, but doesn't. Any ideas?
l followed the directions in the manual and it said l needed to go to the yamahasynth.com site a get an update for vista. did that and nothing.
firewire cable connection between the 2, and when l load cubase, with no tracks (mics) on, l get sound from the computer mic coming thru. any ideas on where to start?
