I'd really like to think you just had a rough day, and that you're not flaming someone who fought a sometimes harrowing legal battle just because you're an idiot. tutt |
Having problems with selective reading syndrome? There is an ocean of difference between sentiment and substance, and I see you're having difficulty distinguishing the two.
Tell me exactly what "change" Monster Mini Golf accomplished for anyone other than themselves. Noel Lee is still suing people whose businesses have absolutely nothing to do with any product he sells. He didn't even drop the irrelevant claims that were active at the time of the Monster Mini Golf settlement. Noel Lee handled Monster Mini Golf exactly the way he's handled every single other adversary. He reaches an "agreement", has a nice meeting where he gets his opponent to say everything is great, and when the spotlight is off, continues business as usual.
Seriously. Tell me exactly what "change" was accomplished.
Where is Monster Mini Golf's outrage at having been duped? Where is their public statement in support of Monster Transmissions? Where is their statement demanding an end to these practices?
Patrick asked for public donations and public support. When he got what he wanted, he asked the public to stand down and be "patient". If you want public support, you have to offer something in return. You can't just walk away because you got what you wanted. You can't walk out of a meeting saying you achieved "change" when the only "change" was an end to your own problems.
