In your mix window, hold down Apple & Click where it shows the numerical value of your fader (Vol 0.0). It's the 3rd box down, right above where it shows the numerical value of your panner.

Apple Click once = Peak
Apple Click again = DLY, the delay in samples of your plug ins (but not sample delay of doing A/D D/A conversions)
Apple Click again = Vol (again)
