Of course they're making money, they are just good at hiding it now.
An admin from a much smaller Torrent site was pawned by a competitor, showing the 19 year-old admin driving a lexus and making between 2000$ and 10.000$ a month..

So imagine what piratebay must be making.. maybe not 100.000$ an hour, but a substantial sum nonetherless..
