There is no escaping the fact that there will always be problems with computers and the software/hardware used. It is the end users responsibility to make sure these products are configured and set up correctly. Of course it helps when you have the proper tech support helping you, but there are no software/hardware platforms that are immune from these issues, at least in my experience.
