However, the name of the site is "GearSlutz" - i.e., "those that lust for audio gear". I'd say that it's living up to its name! (The number of '500-lunchbox' units you own is like the number of notches on your bedpost, and those with vintage U47's have supermodel girlfriends!!)

Here's an idea to make the site more effective: Allow readers to rate the quality of a post/poster. The average rating of any given post can be displayed on that post. A member's average rating will be displayed under a poster's avatar. This will allow the cream to rise to the top, so to speak.

Also, I'd recommend a sub-forum that is less gear-centric and more info/technique-centric.
