You can't import a PTF file between Logic and Protools. You can either
transfer the .WAV files manually between the two, or use OMF.
SSL's ProConvert claims to export a valid Apple XML file, but I have
never used it .. so I can't tell you how well it works... although they've yet
to come out with a Mac version ..
