Subwoofer Placement and Acoustic Treatment in Odd Room

Hi All,

I've got a challenging area to work with in my house. Prior to this becoming "my" room, the wife put a bunch of expensive Pottery Barn office furniture in here. I've convinced her to move some of it out - but I'm stuck with a couple large desks.

the desks, coupled with an odd shaped room are making me scratch my head a bit when it comes to bass traps, sound absorbers and speaker placement.

Here's a rough floor plan that is very close to scale.

The red boxes indicate areas that I know I'm going to treat. I think the rest is pretty self explanitory.

My three questions are:
Where would you place the Genelec 1091 sub?
Where would you place additional sound absorbers / bass traps
Do you see the glass in front of the small desk being a major issue?

I'm think about putting a couple bass traps on stands so I can slide them
behind the mix position.

Thanks!
