I've just been debating this recently. I think I'm going to go with a mix system and dump my digi002r. Still haven't decided though. I can't justify the leap to HD (cost wise) so if I'm stuck at 24bit/44.1 might as well have 64 tracks and TDM plugs. I would have to agree with earlier advice to me that HD just isn't worth it. If you don't want to go the Digi002 (R) route, then I say a mix system is your best bet. If you got money to burn, HD all day baby!
