We used Altiverb, mostly two reverbs: the Cello Studios Bill Putnum Echo Chamber 2, and the Vintage Spring Reverb (floating on the internet somwhere)

also I rolled some of the high end off the top of the reverb

mostly mic'd with a Neumann TLM103 going directly into a Digi002
