...and I totally agree with Adam here...I own a ultralite, have had it about a year, upgraded to the latest drivers a month ago and now the firewire port no longer sends data (it sends and receives power but no data), anyway spent weeks playing the fugging "techlink" game with MOTU finally told them I was fed up and not an idiot to call me or I would file a lawsuit...bottom line is they say its a hardware issue (it worked fine before the driver update)____(I do think it is a hardware issue but its odd it worked before the update)...it will cost me $99.95 to have it repaired/refurbished/replaced....
In the other column is the fact that the newer drivers actually raise the latency...so the software orangutans are working back-ass-wards if you ask me...
I know a lot of people swear by MOTU, but if you are PC I would avoid them like the plague.
