Can you burn a 24bit 48k audio CD that will play in some devices ?

Thanks ,
No. Audio CDs are always 16bit 44.1khz. If you burn files on a data CD (CD-Rom) or DVD-R, put the audio files in a folder first otherwise some burning applictions (Toast comes to mind) will see audio files and automatically try to burn an audio CD (and convert the files in the process).
