That's US only right?
The only Yamaha support interface in Europe is as far as I know (at least in Sweden) a webform at
Contact Us - YAMAHA Global Gateway.
Either use that or contact your dealer and get support from them (not a big chance I'd say).
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
