Yes i think the limit is 3 devices. i had 2 n12's here for a while and george was heling me set them up. however what i didn't understand was how MANY options 2 would bring you
all i wanted was 2 units to become 1 for summing
meaning i wanted on the first n12 to have
channels 1-8 and 9/10 11/12
then havd on the second n12
channel 1 actually = channel 13
so the mono channels on the second n12 would be
channels 13-20 and then 21/22 23/24
that way i could route out easily from group channels in cubase to the respective tracks on the n12's and then hit REC on both and have all 24 channels come back to a stereo track in cubase
i also want the 2 headphone jacks on the second n12 to mimic the first one
so another aux and another stereo out so to speak
i still want this simple setup and will be getting another n12 at some point (the other one was a friends)
george says this is easier now, mlan confused the hell out of me, they really need a manual for multiple devices, especially 2 n12's since i think alot of people would get another one if they understood how to use 2 together easily
george might actually have something mocked up for my scenario at this point in the new drivers and could add to it as needed
he whips this stuff up really quickly
