I need to buy a noise reduction plugin for my HD system, and am looking for recommendations. Price (i.e. value) is a big factor.
All reviews and comments are welcome. Has anyone conducted tests?

From experience I know the waves plugs are good, but they're so freakin expensive.
One of the cheaper ones must be able to compete...?
