I have already offered to invest in this venture so we shall see what happens.
Worse case scenario there is a way we can even open up a trust account for his security to be able to get the product done and then the money will be released to him.This will also insure him how many units he is selling before going into production. This will require someone who you guys trust to be the trust account holder. Plenty of guys here with big names who can do this for him. Again I am really trying to help him on every level possible.
If others want to partner up and believe in his product don't be shy to speak up! More importantly I think you will end up making a few bucks by investing in this venture.
If that still does not work then I am willing to hire Paulo for his expertise to help me build it and deal with all the legalities and lawsuits of it and still give him profit sharing. Again this is last option, I really hope that he can do it all on his own. I don't want you guys to think I am snatching this away from him. I will do everything possible to help him first with his own venture. Paulo you should have absolutely no reason to not make the product with all the options you have now.
