Ethan, what do you mean by 'pcf'?
The most I know is that Sound On Sound just recommended 45kg/m3 to 60kg/m3 as the best density. I didn't realise the depth of the panel also affected this.
As I write this I just got a quote from a builders merchant saying they have 50 and 60kg/m3 (hopefully not metres squared, didn't hear actually).
I'll do a search as well, but please can you link me to these legendary 'build you own acoustics' articles? Didn't spot them on your realtraps site.
