Hi i have the x-firewire card, in my rosetta 800, im mixing a 30 something track song full of loops and my option card leds start blinking and everything goes down, it crashes...
i got some messages at the start of having hardware incompatibilities, then i unplugged all hardware and just left the roseta, but its still going nuts... do you think it could be that my drive is not fast enought to pull all the recorded loops...
Im in logic at the moment, im switching back to cubase anytime soon, as im getting cubase 5, and i've got a dodgy logic 7....
About latency, when using my rosetta with firemix i get 0 latency, and im thinking of getting the symphony system as im getting a mac pro soon....
Ussually it only gives me problems with this proyect, it didnt use to give me any with other proyects..
i get pops even when its not playing, so i gotta run to my monitors and turn them off...
its driving me nuts..
