There are a few True Stereo presets that come with the standard Installation. At least on my system they are marked with a "+"
I can remember building some True Stereo presets from the Hall Of Fame DVD which was kind of complicated because this is not very well documented.
As far as I recall, you had to use quicktime to build quadrophonic audio Files from the two stereo files of each impulse. IR Utility can read them and create a preset for space designer out of that.
