Sonoris is working on making what I believe will be an affordable alternative DDP solution for PC, but currently the coding is behind their originally expected schedule. Knowing their other products I have a feeling it will be very good.
Gear also has their "Pro Mastering" software that can export to DDP - but it's been an awfully long time since they announced an upcoming version 8 update that would allow loadback of DDP for verification and it still hasn't been released yet afaik.
