They did a solid job building the buttons and they are not broke, they have dust preventing them from making good contact or the last owner used WD40! Don't do that! Use electronics cleaner!
All my buttons are smooth as silk now!
Word of caution, my button 8 was not broken until I put contact cleaner on it with out it being taken apart and I freaked out but its OK now! I will give it a try!!!

But i have not really have good exp. with electronic contact spray. Often pots, knobs after a time getting dirty and "crack" also. But thanks for your info men I will give it a try and let you know ASAP>!
