Copy the R, flip the phase on the copy and call it "-R".
Sum L and R to make M.
Sum L and "-R" to make S.
And then, for $hits and giggles, you can reverse it by copying S and flipping the phase to get "-S"
L is the sum of M and S
R is the sum of M and "-S"
This is easy in the box....
